Weekly Creative Arts Therapy groups have been assisting people from all over Melbourne to open up and explore their creativity and self-awareness since 2006. To read what participants have to say about these groups, go to Comments from Participants.
Weekly groups are an opportunity to use a variety of Creative Arts Therapy processes, over a consistent period of time, in order to deepen your self-inquiry. Weekly groups provide the time to try out many creative modalities, including Art Therapy: painting, drawing, clay, collage, mixed media sculpture, Dance-Movement therapy, body awareness, mindfulness, symbols, writing and more, in order to take your personal exploration deeper. They are also a chance to commit some time each week to reflect, access new insight, and re-energise your inspiration. The groups are small, intimate and supportive, and are usually offered in six or eight week blocks. Weekly groups are usually offered 4 times per year, in accordance with the school terms.
