Hi everyone,

As I move my attention deeper into my teaching and supervising practice at The MIECAT Institute, I will need to put my Weekend Workshops and Weekly Groups on hold for a time.

If you would like to join my mailing list to receive email updates when my groups resume, please complete the form below.

Creative Arts Therapy Workshops have been running since 2003, and are offered a few times a year, either as full days or half days.  Workshops can be a great introduction if you haven’t come before, or an opportunity to continue your exploration if you have attended previously.

In the Creative Arts Therapy workshops you will get a taste of exploring Art Therapy (drawing, painting and more) writing, movement, mindfulness and body awareness as powerful tools for personal reflection and empowerment.  It will be an opportunity to take some unique time out to access new inspiration, connection, and insight.    No previous arts experience required.

If you’d like to attend more than just a quick Workshop, please go to Creative Arts Therapy Weekly Groups

If you’d prefer a private session, please go to  Creative Arts Therapy Private Sessions
